Return Policy
Can I return my order?
Yes, this is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receiving your order.
In this case, the return must meet the following conditions:

The order still contains all parts, components, and original packaging as received.

Normal handling of the product is allowed; damage from improper use is excluded.

Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process is initiated.

The product was found to be defective immediately after receipt.
We reserve the right to charge the customer for the shipping costs.
Returns are processed within 7 business days. If the conditions are met, you will receive an official return confirmation within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged without our responsibility.
How do I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to start the return process:

We will then send you the correct return address. Do not send the package back to the shipping address; we will provide the correct return address upon request. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Cancellation Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods.
Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed and shipped immediately. Therefore, we cannot stop the shipping process once the order has been sent, and a refund is only possible after the goods have been returned.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to info@mia-toronto.com with a clear statement of your wish to cancel the order. The cancellation is only complete once we have received the returned goods. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Cancellation of Orders During Shipping
Since our products are shipped from international suppliers, delivery times may vary. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You must first receive the package and then follow the return process.
To ensure a smooth return procedure, we kindly ask you to send us a shipping confirmation once you have returned the package.
Refund Process
If you withdraw from the agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding shipping costs. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
All return shipments must be sent at the customer’s expense to our central warehouse.
